Websites, customer journeys & business tools
Tell the story of one piece of work.
A short account of the current task is more useful than an unexplained list of features.
The person
Who needs to complete the task, and what do they already know?
The information
What must reach the next person? Which details are copied, misunderstood or lost?
The stopping point
Where does someone need to ask for help or repeat work?
The exception
Bring a correction, missing detail or repeated request, with sensitive information removed.
The reviewers
Name the content, commercial, language and operational decision-makers.
The useful outcome
Describe what a person should now be able to do and how your team will recognise completion.
A hypothetical example
A supplier receives product questions in several languages but often needs to ask which variant the customer means. A first project could organise approved specifications and carry the chosen reference into a focused enquiry. Direct payment or a customer account can wait until the business rules justify it.
This illustrates a planning choice, not a client result. Send the short version of your situation.
