Websites, customer journeys & business tools

Find the current position before making the change.

Make the existing service understandable to its next responsible person.

Recover a shared picture of the application

A takeover starts with the current website or tool, known symptoms and account ownership. We establish what runs, how changes are made and who relies on it before choosing the repair scope.

A hypothetical organisation may have several language editors, a separate hosting contact and customer messages arriving through different routes. The immediate need might be a broken enquiry or an obsolete document rather than a full rebuild. We can identify the dependencies that affect that task and agree the next change.

Test a controlled repair

Confirm access, backups and the intended recovery route. A change should be checked against its actual customer effect, including retained language addresses and the receiving process. An initial assessment does not establish that every inherited issue is solved. Specialist security or compliance work may need a separate qualified engagement.

Leave ownership usable

Record the client-controlled accounts, editor responsibilities and support route without putting secrets in ordinary documentation. Try a routine task with the person who will operate the system. Agree what care covers and the response arrangements the business can rely on; remote delivery does not imply on-site or continuous support.

Share the public address and the symptom you want to address first.
