Websites, customer journeys & business tools
Create a shared place for recurring customer work.
Give recurring document and approval work an understandable shared place.
Choose the customer task that keeps returning
A portal can help when a client repeatedly asks which document is current, whether a response was received or who must approve the next step. We first establish that recurring task. A new login alone does not solve an unclear relationship.
For a hypothetical Lebanese agency working with clients in several countries, a first workspace might show reviewed deliverables and collect a named client's approval. It need not expose internal notes or duplicate every conversation. Arabic and French document names should remain recognisable without automatically translating the underlying record.
Agree who can speak for the client
An organisation can have several contacts. Decide who may view, comment, approve or invite a replacement. Test an absent decision-maker and a departed employee before the workspace becomes important to daily work. Access to another client's material must not depend on a guessed address or a broadly shared password.
Prepare the operating conversation
Use anonymised records during discovery and identify the appropriate handling requirements with your responsible advisers. Staff need a route to resolve missing access or a mistaken approval without quietly bypassing controls. The handover should explain both the client view and the work that remains outside the portal.
