Websites, customer journeys & business tools

Give every important page a useful reason to exist.

Maintain useful answers across the language versions your customers actually need.

Use the questions arriving at the business

We develop service information and practical resources from actual customer decisions. A Lebanese supplier may receive a French commercial term in one enquiry and an Arabic product question with a Latin item code in another. The useful editorial decision is whether both people need the same answer, not how many phrases can become page titles.

A worked page decision

Take a hypothetical supplier whose French enquiries use “raccord” while an Arabic message asks whether item R-18 fits an existing installation. The supplier and suitable language reviewers first establish what each person means. If both are selecting the same approved fitting and need the same compatibility information, one product page with reviewed language versions may be enough. A second French page that repeats that answer merely to target a phrase should not exist.

If the French enquiry instead concerns a custom assembly service, it may need a separate service explanation: what can be assessed, which dimensions are needed and who confirms the proposed work. That is a materially different customer task. The page should link to the relevant product information without pretending that an item code alone establishes suitability.

The enquiry can retain the page address, the selected item reference and the question the visitor actually asked. Your team can then assess whether the answer helped, whether another fact was missing or whether a term was misunderstood. Do not collect private project records just to enrich a marketing report.

Give updates an owner

Choose who approves product facts and who maintains each required language version. A revised specification can affect the answer, linked document, title and form context. Review the complete journey with Arabic, French or English reviewers as needed. Official sources can inform a practical article without implying government endorsement or replacing qualified advice.

Maintain a coherent set of answers

We cover page titles, canonical addresses, internal links, sitemap and relevant migrations. These foundations do not establish search demand or guarantee rankings. After release, inspect real enquiry context and repeated unanswered questions before commissioning another page. Bring an ambiguous term and the customer decision behind it, or read the journal.
