Websites, customer journeys & business tools

Make the meaning of an order clear.

Choose the transaction model your actual business and provider can support.

Decide what the customer is committing to

A Lebanese merchant may need staff to check a destination, stock or commercial amount before accepting an order. Another business may already have the provider account and operating rules for immediate payment. We establish that distinction before designing the checkout.

The work can include product selection, a request or purchase journey, order administration and agreed connections. Currency, payable amounts, fulfilment and returns follow your approved decisions. Account eligibility and settlement must be confirmed with the actual merchant provider; legal and accounting judgements remain with your qualified advisers.

Try two purchasing situations

Use a hypothetical local delivery and a request from a customer abroad. Which information changes? Does the business need to review either case? At what point does the customer receive an approved amount? The answers may support one straightforward journey or separate clearly labelled routes.

Resolve the uncertain payment

We include leaving the provider page, a delayed response and a repeated action in the acceptance plan. Staff need to distinguish order and payment states and investigate one intended purchase without encouraging another charge. The customer's message should reflect the outcome actually established. Demonstrations, test-provider transactions and authorised live checks are recorded separately.

Describe the sale and merchant arrangements already in place.
