Websites, customer journeys & business tools
Give the team a common view of the next action.
Make request ownership and the next customer action visible across the team.
Follow an enquiry through the office
We build focused work queues, scheduling views and approval tools where a business process needs more clarity. Start with one request, the people who touch it and the point where someone cannot tell who is acting next.
A hypothetical service team in Lebanon may receive an Arabic message, prepare a French supplier question and record the job in English. Those language changes should not obscure the original request or a commitment already made. A useful record keeps the current action and its owner understandable while preserving the relevant conversation.
Describe the awkward day
Try the colleague responsible for a request being away, a customer changing the recipient and two staff members beginning the same task. These cases show whether the process needs assignment, a waiting reason or an approval step. They are more informative than adding a long list of status colours.
Build only the structure people can use
The first tool may need request, owner, next action and a small number of meaningful states. We agree correction history, access and migration from existing files. Staff try realistic anonymised examples and explain what they would do next. Documentation and training include the knowledge around the old spreadsheet, not merely its columns.
