Route 01 / choose the operating problem

Build around the break, not the buzzword.

A useful engagement begins with a repeated task, a named owner and a result that matters. The work track follows that operating problem. Country context changes the checks and handoffs; it does not justify a generic “Lebanon version” of an unrelated product.

Four work tracks

Choose the smallest complete path.

Each track can end after discovery if the evidence says custom software is not warranted. When implementation is justified, the first release should prove one valuable path and its fallback before the scope expands.

Track 01 / workflow

Operational control room

Replace scattered spreadsheets, messages and memory with one visible workflow. Typical work includes intake, assignment, approvals, document state, alerts and reporting.

Track 02 / connected web

Customer or partner journey

Connect a public website or portal to forms, CRM records, documents, notifications and support. Acceptance includes slow, failed and duplicate submissions.

Track 03 / modernization

Repair before replacement

Map the rules and data inside an older application, stabilise the dangerous edges, then migrate only what the operation can verify and support.

Track 04 / controlled AI

Assistance with a human boundary

Use retrieval, comparison, summarisation or drafting where evaluation is possible. Define prohibited data, review ownership and a deterministic path when the model is unavailable.

Track 05 / recovery

Unblock a failing system

Investigate errors, access, integrations, data integrity and release risk. The goal is evidence and stability before features or a large rewrite.

Track 06 / feasibility

Decide whether to build

Produce a decision brief covering users, constraints, alternatives, dependencies, likely phases and the questions requiring local legal, accounting or sector advice.

Definition of ready

What must be known before implementation.

A remote build can carry uncertainty, but it cannot hide it. These are the minimum inputs for a responsible first scope.
